The Pelosi Swamp is Filing Up Quickly

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – When the Democrats won on November 7, 2006, Nancy Pelosi told us that “the American people voted to restore integrity and honesty in Washington, D.C., and the Democrats intend to lead the most honest, most open and most ethical Congress in history.”

Instead, we have witnessed the least ethical and least transparent Congress in our history. Under the rule of Nancy Pelosi, we have lost more civil rights, are forced to pay more taxes, saw wasteful government spending increase exponentially, which just last week included another $26 billion in a so-called “state-aid bill.”

John Dennis is the only candidate in America whose campaign to fire Nancy Pelosi can truly stop the Pelosi Swamp from filing up with more government regulations, increased taxes and a lack of Congressional Ethics. Dennis is a San Francisco businessman and the GOP nominee in California’s 8th Congressional District who has quickly become a nationally recognized candidate for his courage to oppose the House Speaker, and has been gaining notoriety through his numerous appearances on television and radio interviews nationwide to detail his plan to “Fire Pelosi.”

John Dennis stated:

In 2006, Nancy Pelosi led the Democratic charge by claiming she would “drain the swamp,” but after 23 years in Washington and the last 4 years as House Speaker, she neglected to look for the drain. In fact, she continues to turn a blind eye and SUPPORTS her colleagues’ indiscretions, most notably:

  • Charlie Rangel,
  • Maxine Waters, and
  • Eric Massa.

As a common sense Republican, John has proven that he possess a detailed understanding of issues and the ability to articulate coherent policy positions, which has earned him support among San Francisco’s Republican and Independent voters alike. As a Republican in San Francisco, John has maintained a focus on personal liberty and fiscal responsibility.

Born in Jersey City, the son of a longshoreman and a city hall clerk, he grew up in one of the city’s toughest public housing projects. After graduating from Fordham University, John co-founded Humanscale, which became one of the world’s top 10 design firms, specializing in office ergonomics. After a varied career in global development and marketing, John created Foundation Real Estate, a San Francisco-based investment company with domestic and international holdings.

John’s background, ideas, campaign to get the economy moving again and desire to protect individual rights is well received nationwide. He is an accomplished businessman, entrepreneur, and has been a pro-liberty Republican for a quarter century.
