In both <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rasmussenreports.com\/public_content\/business\/general_business\/june_2009\/ceos_still_bring_up_the_rear_in_public_s_opinion\" target=\"_self\">June<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rasmussenreports.com\/public_content\/business\/general_business\/february_2009\/ceos_hit_rock_bottom_less_popular_than_congress\" target=\"_self\">February<\/a>, corporate chief executive officers rated at the very bottom, no surprise really given the country\u2019s economic straits.
