ABOUT OZZIE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ozzie is the son of immigrants from the Cape Verde Islands, and knows what it is like to earn the American Dream as a result of hard work, education and personal responsibility. After working his way through the University of Maine, Ozzie climbed the corporate ladder at AT&T where he managed annual budgets in excess of $1.5 Billion, earned a MBA at Fairleigh Dickinson University, and was sent for post-graduate work at Harvard\u2019s Business School.<\/p>\n

He later served as Chief Operating Officer, President and Chief Executive Officer at various companies before becoming a turn-around management consultant. During his 25 years of management experience, he has generated over $800 million to the economy, as well as created over 2,000 private sector jobs. As President and CEO, he has turned money losing operations into profitable growth companies in short order.<\/p>\n

He and his wife Sue have six children and after successfully sending four off to college, they now reside in Weston, FL with their 2 youngest.<\/p>\n
