(Wire, Check or Credit Card)?\n<ul>\n<li>Please note if payment is with a credit card, a 4% convenience fee will be added and an online invoice will be sent from our Merchant Processing system. After your payment has been made, you will automatically receive a receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Is an invoice needed to process payment?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>DELIVERABLES TO ASG<\/u><\/strong>\n<p>Email the following information to <a href=\"mailto:creative@asgroupinc.com\">creative@asgroupinc.com<\/a> in addition to your Account Rep<br \/>\nPlease provide ASG these <strong>3 business days<\/strong>, in advance of your deployment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Subject line(s)<\/li>\n<li>Sponsor name (if necessary)<\/li>\n<li>Contact email for test approval<\/li>\n<li>HTML (&amp; text) creative<\/li>\n<li>Landing page URL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>IMAGE HOSTING<\/u><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Host images online. Do not send ASG image as separate files outside of your HTML file, unless already agreed upon. There will be a $150 fee for ASG to host images.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>FILE NAMING CONVENTION<\/u><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Please have HTML (&amp; text) files named in the following manner:\n<ul>\n<li>Sample &#8211; List_Your company name_date of deployment<\/li>\n<li>Example: <strong>ABC email list_ACME Company_082214<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>This is imperative, especially if the client is renting multiple lists.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>HTML CODING<\/u><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Word files <strong><u>WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED<\/u><\/strong> as HTML creative.<\/li>\n<li>Email creative MUST be sent to ASG as a stand-alone HTML file.<\/li>\n<li>Links to webpages where creative is hosted WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.<\/li>\n<li>Email must be received in properly coded HTML format 3 business days in advance of deployment.<\/li>\n<li>Standard width of email creative should be 600 pixels wide for optimal fit in all email list templates.<\/li>\n<li>HTML creative should be formatted for table layout \u2013 not CSS.<\/li>\n<li>Do NOT use head tags in HTML creative.<\/li>\n<li>Do NOT use CSS background images \u2013 they will not render in the majority of Email Service Providers.<\/li>\n<li>Should CSS need to be used, ensure that it\u2019s inline CSS.<\/li>\n<li>Use table nesting where possible for images, lists, etc. in creative \u2013 rather than left and right margins or padding for table\u2019s cells.<\/li>\n<li>Recommended HTML file size: 100 KB or less<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>TEXT VERSION OF CREATIVE<\/u><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>A text version of the HTML file is encouraged but not necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>AFTER RECEIPT OF CREATIVE<\/u><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>A test email will be forwarded after the receipt of the creative and client MUST provide a written approval in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Failure to provide a timely approval may cause a delay in deployment or rescheduling of a deployment date.<\/li>\n<li>Copy approvals to <a href=\"mailto:creative@asgroupinc.com\">creative@asgroupinc.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Changes to creative after creative is received by ASG may result in a delay of deployment or rescheduling of a deployment date.<\/li>\n<li><strong>If you request changes to your creative for typos, format, style, failure to conform to technical requirements or other industry standards (tracking links that are gray or black listed, etc.), you will be required to pay ASG a minimum production and handling charge of $150\/hour to remedy said issue.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/ASG-Email-Rental-Onboarding-Memo_2025.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Download\/Print PDF Version<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Last updated on 01\/20\/2025<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please follow the guidelines of this document to ensure the success of your email marketing campaign.
